First a few words regarding suitable devices SongerPro is not very demanding when it comes to the power and speed of your device however, there are a few things to remember. Firstly, the main attribute your device should have is decent sound quality, cheaper tablets and phones can sometimes produce a lot of unwanted noise on playback so bear this in mind. You dont have to spend a fortune on a device, anything around the £100 mark will produce a good quality sound. I have even used older devices such as a Nexus 7 with excellent results! Secondly, It is strongly recommended that your device should have external SD card capability as this is the safest way to keep your tracks and lyrics secure should your device ever fail. It goes without saying that you should also always keep a backup of your tracks etc, on a seperate device preferably a laptop. A quick note regarding Samsung Devices Newer Samsung devices can sometimes be quite troublesome when it comes to accessing the external SD cards as they have a built in security which can prevent apps from reading and writing to the card. I have not got to the bottom of this problem yet as I dont possess a Samsung device so if any one out there has managed to overcome this problem please give me a shout or share your findings on the SongerPro Facebook User Group pages. If you have a Samsung device and encounter problems accessing your SD card you can still use your device by utilising the internal storage instead.
